DIETARY SUGGESTIONS FOR SPLEEN NOT CONTROLLING BLOOD
One area where Western Medicine and Chinese Medicine overlap with regard to the Spleen
is the control of blood. Chinese Medicine views that Spleen Qi holds blood in, keeping
it from bleeding. When people with Spleen Qi Deficiency,
